These companies are going to diversity job sites to hire qualified minorities whom will bring strength and value to their work process.
A Trend Toward Hiring Minorities
While affirmative action is no longer a legal practice, hiring minorities with diversity recruiting is. Companies that utilize this method understand the value of each individuals work. They understand that differences can be a strength rather than a barrier.
When using diversity management, companies engage in a synergy model. They acknowledge that each employee adds to the work process. Each employees contribution is valued and each individual realizes the value of their work. Everyone at the company comes together and develops common goals and objectives.
Hiring minorities can only add worth to a company. Bringing in a diverse group of people allows the range to creativity to broaden. It can also create new social networks that have not been tapped into before.
